Affiliated researcher Dr. Clemens Büttner

Clemens Büttner studied Sinology, Modern History and Political Science in Erlangen, Shanghai and Beijing. In 2015, he completed his PhD with a study on the origins of warlordism in China. His current work focuses on continuities in Chinese national thought.
